Short and sweet post today to share these super simple Sesame Ginger Snap Peas! I’m always looking for new ways to make my veggies. And although I can never go wrong with a salt, pepper and garlic powder combo, the occasional flavor change is always needed.

These sesame ginger snap peas can be made in the matter of minutes. Pair them with your favorite protein, brown rice or quinoa, and one more colorful veggie for an Insta-worthy bowl. 🙂

Ingredients
  1. 1 tablespoon of sesame oil (or olive oil)
  2. 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  3. 1 teaspoon of fresh shredded ginger
  4. 1 bag of snap peas, washed (around 3 cups)
  5. 1 1/2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  6. sesame seeds
Instructions
  1. add the olive oil to a pan over medium heat
  2. add the garlic and ginger and sauté for a minute until fragrant
  3. add in the soy sauce and snap peas and sauté for 4-5 minutes or until tender
  4. remove from heat and toss in sesame seeds
