Did the dessert gnocchi thang 😉 Ok, so this wasn’t my idea. My friend saw it on Pinterest and texted it to me immediately. I have the biggest sweet tooth ever so I was like done and done. I took my own spin with the recipe, and cooked them the same way I make cinnamon sugar bananas. Then I had leftover hazelnut almond butter (aka healthy Nutella) and drizzled it over the top. Strong move that I totally recommend. Details below!
Cinnamon Sugar Cauliflower Gnocchi

Ingredients
- 1 package of cauliflower gnocchi
- 2 spoonfuls of soft coconut oil (I used a regular spoon)
- 1 spoonful of coconut sugar
- cinnamon
- nutella (I used Justin's hazelnut almond butter)
Instructions
- remove the cauliflower gnocchi from the package, place on a plate and microwave for 45 seconds.
- mix the coconut oil and coconut sugar together in a bowl and add to a non-stick skillet
- once hot, add the gnocchi in a single layer and brown (do not move around)
- sprinkle cinnamon over the gnocchi while cooking
- flip and brown the other side, sprinkling more cinnamon on top
- one browned, toss in the remaining coconut oil mixture until coated
- drizzle Nutella on top
