Easy and delicious Avocado Chocolate Pudding!
I have a major sweet tooth. I grew up eating ice cream every night, and I always go for sweet over savory when there’s an option. Like in college all my friends would get fries at the drive thru after the bar and I would get a McFlurry haha. It runs in my family, so it’s just something that I’ve accepted. 🙂
Having a sweet tooth and needing to control sugar can be a challenge. I always need something sweet after dinner. Always. But especially now being pregnant, I really need to make sure I don’t overdo it. So I have been making things like this Easy Avocado Chocolate Pudding basically every week to give me the chocolate fix that I need, while still be healthy! I love this avocado chocolate pudding. Not only are avocados pregnancy superfoods, but the pudding is so rich and creamy you would never know they are in there. I top it with either organic whipped cream or coconut whipped cream and berries if I am looking to sit down with dessert, however more often than not I just grab it from the fridge and dig a spoon in a few times. - 1 ripe avocado, pitted
- 1/4 cup of raw cacao powder
- 1/4 cup of honey
- 1/4 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla
- all everything to a food processor or high speed blender and blend until creamy.
- scoop into a glass container and chill.
