Healthy Peanut Butter Strawberry Banana Split
There are some recipes I make just for Instagram, and others that involve more steps that I post on the blog. These bananas splits are Instagram recipes, as they are very self-explanatory. 🙂 However, I’m sharing this one on the blog for anyone who doesn’t follow us on the gram and wants some inspiration!
I absolutely love making these Healthy Peanut Butter Strawberry Banana Splits. They are so fun to create, and taste somewhere between a healthy breakfast and a dessert, which is typically where I like to be in life.
Tip number one! Slice the banana in half before you peel it. Makes it way easier. Then I always spread a layer of plain greek yogurt (I like 2%), drizzle some pb and then add any additional toppings. If you’re into food styling, go wild. 😉
- 1 banana
- plain greek yogurt
- nut butter
- chopped strawberries
- chocolate chia seeds
- cut the banana in half while still in the peel, then remove from the peel.
- spread greek yogurt on each half.
- drizzle nut butter.
- top with chopped strawberries and chocolate chia seeds
