A lot of you have asked us to post a Vegan Grocery List, so here it is! There are, of course, more vegan foods out there than what we have listed below; but this should give you a good start!

  • blended frozen bananas are good for dessert! & roasted fruit (pears, apples) topped with cinnamon. i know you will be posting recipes but the happy herbivore pump it up pumpkin chili is a really good/fast/easy lunch/dinner too 🙂 bragg’s aminos are a good condiment to have. where have you found miso paste in stores?

  • Hi, thank you so much for sharing this list, I have a question. You listed Back to Nature cookies but, this cookies have wheat. That is not gluten free then, right? I’m just a bit confuse and need clarification, thank you.

    • Hi Dee, yes those are not gluten free, but they are vegan! For the Vegan Challenge list we did include some non-gluten free options as long as they were still vegan to expand the options.
