Nachos might be the easiest app to make for a crowd (or yourself), because you really can’t mess them up. I used leftover grilled chicken and had these sitting in front of me in less than 10 minutes.

Healthy Grilled Chicken Nachos

Ingredients
- grilled chicken, diced
- tortilla chips
- organic corn
- black beans, drained and rinsed
- shredded cheddar cheese
- pico de Gallo
- avocado, diced
- fresh cilantro, chopped
Instructions
- layer the chips with chicken, corn, black beans, pico de Gallo, and shredded cheese and broil until the cheese has melted.
- top with avocado and cilantro
