Football season is hereee! And with that, I really only care about the Patriots and snacks. 😉 

Nachos might be the easiest app to make for a crowd (or yourself), because you really can’t mess them up. I used leftover grilled chicken and had these sitting in front of me in less than 10 minutes.

Healthy Grilled Chicken Nachos
  1. grilled chicken, diced
  2. tortilla chips
  3. organic corn
  4. black beans, drained and rinsed
  5. shredded cheddar cheese
  6. pico de Gallo
  7. avocado, diced
  8. fresh cilantro, chopped
  1. layer the chips with chicken, corn, black beans, pico de Gallo, and shredded cheese and broil until the cheese has melted.
  2. top with avocado and cilantro
  1. no need to measure! just layer 🙂
